Dr. Guzman's office and staff is one of the best that I've ever seen. I normally dread going to the dentist's office, however with my experience at Bayou City Smiles I know it won't be as bad as my mind makes it out to be. The staff is friendly and keeps you well informed. Recommended to two of my friends and they are now patients at the office.

I USED to Hate going to the Dentist, but my experience with Dr De Guzman has changed my mind. From the ease of setting up an appointment, with friendly text or email reminders, or the easy registration and ON-TIME appointment start, the courteous and professional staff, the High Tech equipment and Explanation of the procedure beforehand, during and after, my compliments could go on and on. BUT the reason I KNEW I would be back, was because the experience went so smoothly that I actually almost FELL ASLEEP during the procedure. GONE was the anxiety of waiting for the unexpected shocks of pain, GONE was the choking feeling of drowning in your own saliva, and GONE was the discomfort of trying to figure out if your tongue was out of the way, your mouth wide open enough or if there was any way they could fit any more instruments in your mouth. I left without a cramp in my Jaw, or my neck and with a thorough understanding of the entire procedure, complete with before and after pics. I definitely wanted to take the time to share my experience because ever since I started my appointments with Dr De Guzman, I have not been disappointed.

Couldn't have asked for abetted experience. Dr. Guzman even called me personally the next day after my appointment to see if I was having any issues with my fillings. Would recommend to anyone.

I have been to Bayou City Smiles about 6 times during the past two years for cleanings and annual exams. Every aspect of the visit, from check-in, cleaning, to final evaluation is prompt and professional.

Great visit - staff offered explanation to the procedure prior and were helpful and attentive through the treatment. Marc is also wonderful and takes a personal interest in his patients!

The staff is always friendly, professional, and knowledgable.

Up until Bayou City Smiles, I hated Dentists. Not anymore!!
